CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 6:21 pm.
ROLL CALL
Present: Alderpersons Wolfe, Hammel, Terrence, Schroeder, Kubacki, and Madden.
Absent: Alderperson Kapusta
Also present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works & Development Director Kroeger, Public Works
Superintendent Beilfuss, Recreation Manager Dunn, and Assistant Deputy Clerk -Treasurer Crisp.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Crisp stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

Ordinance #1473 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 30, Sections 30-1 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Muskego (Polling Places). Second Reading.
Alderperson Kubacki moved to Approve Ordinance #1473; Alderperson Madden seconded.

Ordinance #1474 - An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 267-19 and Add Chapter 267-20 to the
Municipal Code of the City of Muskego (Mobile Food Vendors). Second Reading.
Alderperson Kubacki moved to Approve Ordinance #1474; Alderperson Madden seconded.
Mayor Petfalski asked the Council Members for an amount to be charged for the permit fee. After a
brief discussion, it was agreed that a permit fee in the amount of $250 per year should be
established at the next Council Meeting by Resolution. Motion Carried.

Alderperson Kubacki moved to Approve; Alderperson Schroeder seconded. Motion Carried.
Approval of Change of Agent to Joshua Odoner for the Class "B" Retail Beer liquor license held by
Schultz Resort Rod and Gun Club, Ltd. (d/b/a Schultz Resort Rod & Gun Club) located at
W145S8025 Schultz Lane.

Approval of Change of Agent to Rebecca Werthmann for the "Class A" Retail Combo liquor license
held by Wal-Mart Stores East, LP (d/b/a Walmart #4677) located W159S6530 Moorland Road.

Approval of Outside Dance Permit to AJ's Business Corp (d/b/a AJ's Bar & Grill) located at

Alderperson Kubacki moved to recommend approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$28,174.45. Alderperson Wolfe seconded; motion carried.
