PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego will
convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statute,
Section 19.85 (1) (C ):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any
public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility
for the specific of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance
evaluation data, more specifically for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of
police officer.
Commissioner Boyer made a motion to go into closed session, Commissioner Jaske seconded.
Motion passed all in favor. Meeting went into closed session at 5:17PM.
OPEN SESSION
Commissioner Boyer made a motion to go back into open session, Commissioner Jaske
seconded. Motion passed all in favor. Meeting was back in open session at 9:28PM.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Jaske made a motion to adjourn, Commissioner Boyer seconded. Motion
passed all in favor.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:29PM.
