President Robertson called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM

Present were trustees Robertson, Schaefer, Konkel, Stuart, Darkow, Heinowski, Keil, Ald.
Borgman and Library Director Larson. Trustee Tomaszewski was excused.

Trustee Darkow made a motion to approve the minutes from October 17, 2017, Ald.
Borgman seconded.
Motion Passed 8 in favor.

Trustee Konkel made a motion to place on file the Library Financial Reports from
October, 2017, Trustee Darkow seconded.
Motion Passed 8 in favor.
