Library Board Minutes - 7/18/2017 Approved CITY OF MUSKEGO LIBRARY BOARD MINUTES July 18, 2017 5:00 PM Library Conference Room, S73 W16663 JANESVILLE RD CALL TO ORDER President Robertson called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present were Trustees Robertson, Konkel, Heinowski, Darkow, Keil, Tomaszewski, Alderman Borgman, and Director Saylor. Also present were Gregg Baum of FEH Design and Children's Librarian Bussen. Trustees Schaefer and Stuart were excused. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE Director Saylor stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law. PUBLIC COMMENT City Residents and Taxpayers Only – Speakers will be limited to making comments related to all agenda items excluding closed session items relating to employment and labor issues. Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker per agenda item. There will be no discussion by/with the Library Board during Public Comment. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from June 20, 2017 Ald. Borgman made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from June 20, 2017, Trustee Darkow seconded. Motion Passed 7 in favor. LIBRARY FINANCIAL REPORTS from June 2017 Trustee Darkow made a motion to place on file the LIBRARY FINANCIAL REPORTS from June 2017, Trustee Tomaszewski seconded. Motion Passed 7 in favor. PRESIDENT’S REPORT Information DIRECTOR’S REPORT Information UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: NEW BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: Presentation by Gregg Baum of FEH Design Trustee Tomaszewski made a motion to approve moving the Presentation by Gregg Baum of FEH Design to follow immediately after approval of the financial reports, Trustee Darkow seconded.
