CALL TO ORDER
Vice President Konkel called the meeting to order at 5:08 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were Trustees Konkel, Schaefer, Darkow, Stuart, Tomaszewski, and Library Director
Loeffel. Also present were Young Adult Librarian Amanda Hyland and Gregg Baum of FEH
Design.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

Trustee Darkow made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from March 21, 2017,
Trustee Stuart seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.

Trustee Tomaszewski made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from April 3, 2017,
Trustee Darkow seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.

Trustee Schaefer made a motion to PLACE ON FILE the LIBRARY FINANCIAL
REPORTS from March 2017, Trustee Darkow seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
