Vice President Konkel called the meeting to order at 5:01 PM.

Present were Trustees Konkel, Schaefer, Darkow, Stuart, Tomaszewski, Keil, and Library
Director Loeffel. Trustees Robertson, O'Bryan and Alderman Hammel were excused.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

Trustee Keil arrived at this time.

Trustee Darkow made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from September 20, 2016,
Trustee Schaefer seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
