1. Call to order – President Kim Huebner called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
2. Roll call – present were Board Members Joseph Boschert, Josephine De-Vito-Scalzo, Kim Huebner, Anni Lundgren,
Ron Rivard, Aaron Robertson, Alderman Dan Soltysiak, and Director Genzel. Absent was Sylvia Gould. Also present:
WCFLS Director Tom Hennen

4. Statement of public notice – Given in accordance with open meeting law on August 5, 2010 per Director Genzel
5. Next regularly scheduled meeting August 25, 2010 – no conflicts stated by board members
6. On going Business:
Tom Hennen, WCFLS Director, re: long range planning – Discussed long-range planning with Director Hennen.
- Developed working Mission Statement: “Ideas, Information . . . Community”
- Developed working Vision Statement: “The Muskego Public Library is the focal point for
exchanging ideas, accessing information, and developing community; with a collaborative team
committed to providing superior materials, services, and expertise.”
