Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by President Christenson at 7:02P.M.
Wichgers. B. Yahr. and Director H. Sanhuber. R. Rammer was absent.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the Oclober 25.2000 meeting were approved on motion by D.

Treasurer's Report: B. Yahr moved T Uttke seconded motion to approve payment of expenses to
date of $66,424.08. Motion carried. B. Yahr moved C. Schwalbach seconded motion to approve
WCFLS expenses to date of $5.464.52. Motion carried.
