c. Librarian's Report: Read and placed on file. The staff is testing filtering
software. The construction meeting will be held on 711 at 1O:OO. The Technology
plan was accepted. Next filing will be in 2002. Construction project meeting
minutes were distributed.
d. WCFLS: APL unanims3usly accepted Tom Hennen's budget.

a. Pending Fine Disputes: None.
b. Nominating Committee: B. Yahr moved K. Chiaverotti seconded motion
to nominate Ray, Don, Russ, and Charlotte as President, Vice-president.

Donna is back half-days. Vacations, illness, and empty positions have left us with only four or five
people to staff the library this month, putljng other projects on hold.

We received word that our technalogy plan was approved for the full term, 1999-2002. We were

from the club, and then we will do a press release.
The FOL have reimbursed the system account $1,533 for last summer’s programming and
reading group books.
APL met here Tuesday, and unanimously endorsed Tom Hennen’s proposed 2000 budget.
Linda and Margot attended two full-day training sessions to learn their new computers,
Margot successfully completed hcr reference course, and will be learning the reference desk,
beginning this summer^
