Review interviews and select firm: A vote was taken to eliminate one firm
but there was no consensus. Discussion ensued and Durrant-Heike
was the first choice. Motion to approve Durrant-Heike as preferred
firm to library board R. Jankowski, second R. Christenson. Motion
carried. Motion to inform firms of choice and request 10 copies of
preliminary scope of services and 4 copies of standard form of
agreement from Durrant-Heike for building committee review J.
Eberle, second R. Jankowski. Motion carried.
