We discussed when and how to notify the public that planning is being done on what to do about library crowdinq. Don mentioned the Mayor's video telecast on cable and his remarks that the llbrary will move to a dlfferent site. Should
we create our own video? How to do it and content were discussed.

Communications: June Wolf has resigned effective 12/31/93. A letter of appreciation for Pennys participation in a meeting with the High

FOL: Initial deposit of $525 from booth rental.
Trust Fund: Mid December balance of $23,946.53.
Librarian's Report: Read and placed on file. WAUKIE-TALKIE for December and January were distributed. Also distributed an
Interlibrary Cooperation: 1994 agreement with Lakeshores was approved.

The strategic plan for 1994 was reviewed and there was
