Present: Board members R. Christenson, J. Roberson, J. Wolf, N. Berken, D. Carter,
R. Leichtfuss, P. Patterson, ;and Director Holly Sanhuber.
Meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by President Christenson. Agenda was
meeting were approved on motion R. Leichtfuss, second D. Carter. Next meeting
approved on motion J. Wolf, second IN. Berken. Minutes of the August 4,1992
scheduled October 6.1992.
Treasurer's report: Motion J. Wolf, second J. Roberson to approve August expenditures
in amount of $19,543.91. Motion ca:rried. Motion J. Wolf, second J. Roberson to
approve federated system fund expenditures in amount of $7,272.77. Motion carried.

Trust Fund: Balance this date $15,801.44.

Interlibrary cooperation: R. Christenson reported the WCFLS Board met August
18 with Mid Wisconsin System regarding payment for crossover borrowing, and there
was "no progress." This is a diffi,:ult situation and affected libraries may
deny service to bordering system if agreement is not reached by January 1.
Next WCFLS board meeting scheduled :September 3 at Big Bend Library.
Brookfield Public Library. On the local level training, problem solving and
fixing is continuing.
Automation: Holly advised ths? system users group will meet soon at

The summer program came to a 'very success'fui end with the last
