President R. Christenson. Agenda was approved by motion of
R. Leichtfuss; seconded, I). Carter. Minutes of April 7,

LIBRARIAN'S REPORT
MAY, 1992
The library continues to be busy, with checkout of 12,000 in
April. Lots of term papers and research projects seem to be
underway, and the tables are filled afternoons, evenings and
Saturdays.
Lanson Industries donated last year's Thomas Register, a
reference set which would have cost us several hundred
dollars.
We received a $60.00 donation to the trust fund from the
Wednesday Night AA group, and a $15.00 memorial
contribution.
The county aid payment OE $19,490.00 has arrived and been
deposited into the system account.
Penny attended a meeting to plan the homebound grant program
meeting.

Waterford Public Library, who are also beginning to run an
art fair.
The staff has been busy cataloging and processing videos,
audiotapes and realia, cleaning the storage room, and
planning the re-arrangememt of the circ area to accommodate
the videos and automatio:n. Weeding of the juvenile fiction
and picture-books is don,?, and adult fiction is started.
Charlene and Penny have received their computers and
printers, and are hooked up, except for some problems in the
cable. Except for the on-line card catalogs, we should be
about done with the hardrlare phase of automation.
Library Board member Don Carter is the May Artist of the
Month. His wildflower photos have brought spring within.
Muskego received a "Merit" award from WCFLS for excellence
in annual reporting.
