Muskego City Hall
Present: Board members Raymond Christenson, Ruth
Leichtfuss, Jane Mundro, Sharon Passler, Harold Sanders, June Wolf
and Director Holly Sanhuber.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President
R. Christenson. Agenda was approved by motion of J. Wolf:
seconded, S. Passler. Minutc?s of March 5, 1991 meeting were
approved by motion of J. Mun&ro, seconded by J. Wolf. The next
meeting is scheduled May 7, :L991.
Leichtfuss, to approve March expenditures of $17,702.65. Motion
carried. J. Wolf moved, R. Leichtfuss seconded to approve March
WCFLS expenditures of $2,202.89. Motion carried.
Treasurer's report: Motion by J. Wolf, seconded by R.
Communications: None.

Old Business:
a. Friends of the L.ibrary: Fliers were distributed which
describe upcoming events of interest to Friends' members: April
27 - F.O.W.L. state convention at Waukesha library; Springtime
Library Tour, May 4th: and M,sy 18th member library joint library
board meeting, which will feature the director of FOLUSA. Call
Ray Christenson to arrange car-pooling. The FOL Steering
Committee will meet April 3rd at the library.
b. Trust Fund: The $19,000 CD is coming due and will be
turned over to the city to hzlp pay for library automation. The
will be sending a check to the trust fund for the remainder of the

Lots of staff illness this month, which has wreaked havoc
with the work schedule and overtime budget.
We received the 1990 edition of Thomas Register from Lanson
set costs several hundred dollars.
Industries. This is a significant gift, as the multi-volume
Muskego hosted the WCFLS Multitype Library Committee, of
which Charlene is a membec.
This month's display case records the history of Germany,
of the Berlin Wall.
