Agenda was approved on motion of J. Wolf, second J. Roberson. Minutes of the November 4, 1986 meeting were approved on motion of R. Leichtfuss, second C. Buhrandt. Next meeting scheduled January 6, 1987. Treasurer's report: Motion by C. Buhrandt, seconded by J. Roberson to approve November,l986 exp2nditures in amount of 810,833.20. Motion carried. Motion by C. Buhrandt, seconded by J. Wolf to approve November, 1986 federated system fund expenditures in amount of $7049.71. Motion carried. The state-wide standards €or library service are undergoing November's Artist of the Yonth, Bruno Rolffs, displayed pencil drawings. maycare and Pilgrim Playmates, two scout troop tours, a Thanksgiving Programs given this month included storyhours for Vernon craft program in cooperation with Park and Rec, and our regular storyhour sessions. garlands the circ desk, and the Friends have purchased two pine wreaths, which should be displayed soon. An anonymous Friend donated the poinsettia plant which delivery on the CD-ROM machines. The African violet is on the round reading table.
