MUSKEGO PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD-SPECIAL MEETING
CITY HALL
PRESENT: Board members Mimier, Christenson, Turzinski, Nilsson, Matheson, Leichtfuss,
Buhrandt, Wolf; Director Holly Sanhuber and guests Frank DeAngelis, Bonnie
Nilsson and Harry Udvare.
The special meeting was cè11ed to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Mimier.
The purpose of the meeting was to decide what to do about the 1 ibrary expansion,
and mor~particu1ar1y, the Board's request for $10,000 for architect fees.

After considerable discussion about the pros and cons of the matter, a motion
was made by Ray Christenson, seconded by Ed Turzinski and passed unanimously. It is
as fo 11 ows :

MOTION: In view of the present financial diffi-
culties facing the City of Muskego, the Muskego Pub1 ic Library
Board hereby relinquishes its request for the sum of $10~OOO
that the Muskego Common Council approved to provide for archi-
tects' fees for the purpose of expanding the City Hall and Li-
brary.
However, keep in mind that the Library Board strongly
feels that the present facilities are not adequate to provide
proper library services to our city. ---
The special meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
