Miss Horton suggested that to begin with, a letter be sent to

included and paid for by the Racine library system, but it is
doubtful that this could be done within this year.
The contracts were studied briefly and there waS general discussion,

wi thout payment of the non-resid:..ent fee, which will soon be -
considerably higher than it has been.
Mr. Turzinski moved that Miss Horton submit a letter to Mr.
Johnson indicating the facts as she knows them, and if the Norway
Town~oard is in a position to ask for a contract when they are
aware of these facts, the Muskego Library Board will gi~ careful
