Mrs. Lindhorst also presento Mmes. Mtmier and Mod11nskl. Absent: Mrs. Lenz opened the meetlng at 7:55 P.M. Mrs. Tels1 moved approval of the February 11, 1910 minutes, seconded by Mrs. Le1chtfuss and mot10n carr1ed. The next board meet1ng will be held on APRIL 8. 1910, 1:45 P.M., BAY LANE SCHOOL LIBRARY. Mrs. Lelchtfuss moved approval of b111s in the amount of $1,831008, Mrs. Dl~b seconded and mot1on carrledQ ~be secretary read the letters sent by Mr. Kreuser to Joseph Hauk, Sr. ~ Commander Masclangelo about the board's decision to give the model sh1p "Hartford It to the Adm1ral Farragut ACademy. Mr. O'Connell r~por~ed that he had spoken to Mr. Narlock, Finance Com- mlttée chairman, about the use of monles collected from fines, etc. It was ind1cated t-hat a change in porcedure would be required. Mr. 0 'connell will contlnue to look lnto the matter and report to the board. Mrs. Le~ ~eported that the Friends of Muskego L1brary bad a meeting with a flnanc1al adv1sor about an all out campaign to promote thec1tl hall referendum. Their next regular ,~eetlng date is March 24. W1th the announcement of the defeat of the resolut10njto have a c1t1 Qall referendUm, by the Common counc11, the board hagdeoided to table all plans and reports perta1n1ng to the new 11brary untll after the .,prlng electlon. Mr. Kreuser read a letter he rece1ved from Commander Masc1angelo thank1ng us for our gift of the sh1p "Hartford" and that EllIott Mov1ng & storage qo. would handle óratlng and shipping of the shlp. He also reported he had been 1n contact wlth Mr. El110tt and shipping charges would be about $100. Mr. E1l1ott may ha.ve the answer to our need of display cases for the collect1on; he has some stored, in h1s warehouse which may be ava1l- .þle to us for storage fees due. He will ~e 1n oont~ct with Mr. Kreuser. Mrs. Lindhórst informed the board that our present pages wl11 be looking for permanent full-time summer employment with hlgher wages and lt is difflcult to attract new page help wlth our present 90Ø an hour wage. r,r. Kreuse~ moved that the librarian look into the minimum wage regulatlo11. ~nd report back with a proposal, Mrs. Tels1 seconded and mot1on carried. .' Mr.'O'Connell moved to adjourn.
