The regularly scheduled meetlng ot the board on Wednesday, Sept. 10,
at "I p.m. havlng been postponed tor lack ot a quorum, the tollow1nf met
at the Bay Lane Mlddle School thls date: Mmes. Lenz, Dlbb, Bostater.

Approval ot bllls ln the amount ot $1,379 was moved by treasur~r
Mrs. Modllnskl; motlon seconded by Mrs. Kimler and motlon oarrled.
Mrs. Lenz ~epo~ted that the Friends group had oleared $160 on 1 ts
book sales and was still acceptlng books.
It was the consensus ot the group, upon Mrs. .Lenz's suggestlon
that we meet the' day atter any regular meeting which ls agaln washeC'
out by lack ot a quorum. This Thursday alternate meetlng will then

Mrs. L1ndhorst stated that the proposed budget was predicated ~~
the bas1s that w~ rema~n at present locatlon. A move to the church

operation of the library for 24 hoursAa week, and reduce the con-
tingency fund to $5QQ for oonsultant tees, with the þrovlso that if
we move an amount not to exceed $1,000 be added for additional equip-
ment. Seconded by Mrs. Mlm1er. Mot1on fal1ed 3 to 2.

additional time with $SOO more in salaries (number of hours not
speoif1ed), $SOO 1n the contingency fund, and $1,000 more if we movr..
