MUSKEGO PUBLIC LIBRJiRY BOARD MEETING
Muskego public Library 4:JO p.m.
NOVEMBER 21, 1968
Present: Mmes. Bostater. Dibb, Lelchtfuss, Lenz, Mlmler. Modlinskl
and Telslo Mrs. L1ndhorst was also present.
Absent: Mr. Cooley and Mr. Kreuser.
Mrs. Modlinski ~oved to approve payment of inv01ces in the amount
of $1,514.47, Mrs. M1mier seconded and motion carr1edo
Mrs. M1mier moved approval of the October m1nutes, Mrs. Leicht-
fuss seconded and motion carried.
The ~12 worth of pa1nt donated by the Wo~en's Club to repaint
the interior of the library was discussed and Mrs. Lindhorst
was instructed to obtain estimates for the job.
The next library board meeting will be held on December 26,
1968, Muskego Public Library - 2:00 p.mo
Mr. Crane, Menomonee Falls librarian, recommended that board
members attend their next session using the radio-telephone
network. The meeting will be held Thursday, January 16, from
10:00 a.m. to Noon at U.W.-W.
Disoussion centered on the advisability of including the new
library building in the proposed civic center complex to be
built at the highway Y site, no dee1sion was reached.
Mrs. L1ndhorst was 1nstructed to inquire about prices of frames
for library art reproductionso By fraMing these pictures it
would be possible for the library to loan them to patrons.
Mrs. Dibb will also get some estimates.
The library will be closed on the following days: Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve and Day and New Year's Eve and Day.

Mrs. Lindhorst was given permission to mai~~appJicant's cards. to them, after a reasonable length of time 'nas passed, and to
include book11sts and library hours.
Mrs. Teisl moved to adjourn, Mrs. Modlinski seconded and
motion carried.
