J:'resent at the meeting were t1rs. Fe1zmann, ï1rs. Sheehan,
Mrs. Leichtfuss, Mr. Kreuser, and Mr. Kape1ka.
Minutes of the November 29 meeting were accepted as cor-
rected.
Bills in the amount of 31,144.26 were ordered paid on
motion of Mr. Kreuser, seconded by r~r. Kapelka. Passed.
Mr. Kape1ka moved, Mrs. Sheehan seconded the motion
authorizing Mrs. Pelzmann to proceed Ni th get'ting bids
from three contractors on the remodeltng work to be done
at the library,. Mrs. Pelzmann requested 'that the Library
Board meet for discussion of these bids as soon as they
are ready. Passed.
Mr. Kapelka moved, Mrs. Sheehan seconded the motion
authorizing Mrs. Pelzrmmn to I1rran[~e- for the cons table
to collect long over-due books. Passed.
Mr. Kreuser suggested that one of the items on the agenda
for next monthUs meetIng should he discussion about whether
our budgets should be a cash condition report or a.n Em-
cumbered report.
Mrs. Leichtfuss will send a letter of acknowledgement con-
cerning the $125.00 gift from the ~voment s Club.
Mr. Kreuser moved, seconded by t1r. Kapelka, mot ion for
adjournment.
