The Prelident, Mrs. R.LeightfuIs, called the lIeeting to order
at 8:00 P. M.
Present:
The firlt order of business wal the establishment of our meet-
ting time, which was set at 7:30 P.M.
Copies of the appropriations and expenditures report were dis- tributed and reviewed. Mr. Kape1ka made a aotion of approval
of bills in a.llount of 930.08. The motion was seconded 'by Mr.
Wolf.
Mr. Wolt questioned the 8anner of handling tbe :fine lIoney.
8uggested they be recorded and established a8 an incoll..
Mrs. PelzlI8!m expla:lned the publicit;y tor the sWIller library
'program. Our 8chedule8 remaining the lalle with the addition
ot Te8s Corners and Mill Valley at designated hours.

An application for library 8ervice froll Joanne Leightfus8 was
read. Mr8. Lindhor8t ma;y be available for part ti.e SU88er
service and would be pa:id at her previous rate of 2.00 hr. She will be contacted. Mrs. Knlght will also be contacted
for work at Mill Valley at rate of 1.50 br. Other appllca-
tion8 were discus8ed for pages in the Muskego Library. Mr. Wolt suggested t~t Mrs. Pelzmann appoint a page.
Mrs. Pelzaann explained the pollcy of scbool and cit;y using
one another. library facilities.
A brief report of the Southeast Wisconsi:n Llbrar;y Asen. Dis-
trict Meeting was given 'by Mrs. LeighttUS8.
Mr8. Pela.ann has united our board with the S. B. Vis. Library
Trustee Organ and we will be receiving verification soon.
There being no further bU8iness the lIeeting adjourned at 9:20
with our next meeting 8cheduledfor Ved., June 23, at 7:30 P.M. at Tess Corners School Library.
