All members were present. The meeting convened early because
of a High School p'rA program which several members had to
attend.
Mrs. Pelzmann adVlsed that the lVluskego Women's Club presented
the idea of' having a story hour for children at the library.
She felt this was a. ve:ry fine idea it programmed properly--
possibly an a Friday afternoon.
Discussion followed with the result that the entire Board
approved if' the Women's Club would make this their project
entirely with the library merely housing the undertaking.
Mrs. Pelzrnann will contact the WomenTs Club emphasizing the
faet that in order for this story hour to be a suecess it must
be on a. regular basis a.nd it will probably be bet tel' to wa.i t
three or four weeks bef'ore starting because o:f' the possibility
of inclement weather.
Bills in the amount of $824.57 were reviewed and approved
by the Boa:rd members and a motion was made by Mr. Kreuser
for their payment.. seconded by I'IIrs. Mimier.
A motion was made.. sec:onded and calrTied that that meeting's
minutes be approved.
There being no further business at this partieular time, the
meeting adjourned.
Next Board meeting will be on Wednesday, March 24, 1965 at
Tess Corners School at 8:00 P.M.
