Muskego Town Library Board Meeting - December 28" 1964

Mrs. R. Griesbach
Meeting was held at the f/(uskego-Norway Distr'ict Off'ice.-- 2:00 P.M.
The Appropriations and Expenditure Repor't was distributed
and it was noted th9.t some of the :items have small balances.
Mrs. Pelzmann explained that there is fine money available
if needed and also that some of the accounts will be ad-
justed so that funds will last through March 31, 1965.
Bills in the amount of $775.33 were reviewed and Mr.
Kapelka made a motion that they be approved for payment -
this was seconded by Olga Mimier'.
Minutes of the last meeting were approved.
rtlrs. Pelzmann reported that a noti(!e has been received
from B:iker and Taylor stating that they will allow
33-1/3% discount in the future on all boo'k orders
exclus.ive of short discount items.
Messenger serv:ice will be required for the collection of
books fr'om a Muskego resident. The Board approved this
ac'tion and Mrs. Pelzmann will pr'oceed accordingly.
Budget discussion .followed and in view of the doubt involved
due to Muskego becoming a city, it was recommended that
Mrs. Leichtfuss contact Mr. Gottfried to find out what
procedure he would suggest we follow regarding budget and
other matters involving the library.
There being no further business, Mr. Kreuser moved for ad-
journment - this motion was seconded by Mr. Kapel'ka.
Our next meeting will be on January 27, 1965 at Tess
Corners School.
