Mrs. Pelzmann distributed the Appropr:>iations and Expenditures
Report which was reviewed by all members.
Progress was reported by Mrs. Pelzmann on the record
collection - l/~ of the new r:>ecor:>ds have been cataloged.
A few problems have arisen but they are being taken care
of and the eollection should be r:>eady for:> use in a short
time. Mr. Kreuser reported that the tables for the reeords
will ber:>eady in a short time and Mr. Kapelka has the material
order:>ed for the table he is malr:ing and that also will be
:r:>eady in a few days. If help is needed to ,~lear out the
corner at the library Mrs. Pelzmann will call.

Last meetings' minutes were r:>ead and it was moved by Mr.
Kapelka that they be aceepted, seconded by Mr:>s. Mimier.
Mrs. Pelzmann reported talking with Mrs. Serwin and advising
her of the duties the members of the Muskego Womens' Club eould
help with at the libr:>ary. Mrs. Serwin will present this at
the next meeting of the Womensl Club and advise of their:>
decision.
Next week is Book Week and Mrs. Pelzmann has ordered mobiles,
book marks, posters., ete. which 'will be plaeed in the librar:>y.
Both the Tri-Town and the Hub have expressed a desi:r:>e for
pictures when the record collection is ready. Mrs. Pelzmann
will contact the persons involved and see that this is taken
care of. The Tri-Town would also like a book list Cor pub-
lication wheneve.r:> there is a new one available.

Bills in the amount of $654.64 were approved for payment,
motion made by Mr. Kapelka and seconded by Mr. Kreuser.
Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, November 25.. 1964, at
8:00 P.M. at Tess Cor:>ners School.
There being no further business., !Vir. }f~euser moved that we
adjourn" seconded by Mr. Kapel'ka.
