Library Board Meeting
Tess Garners School - 8:00 P.M.
September 30, 1964

Bills in the amount of $1,172.75 were reviewed and a
mot1.on made by Mr. Kapel"ka to approve payment - th:1.s was
seconded by Mrs. Mimier.
The minutes of the last two meetings were distributed by
Mrs. Mimier (ac ting sec:retary). Motion was made and
seconded for the approval of these minutes.

Mrs. Minier asked Mrs. Pelzmann about the new signs at the
library - they have been completed and have been up since
September 1st. Mr. (fo~lhd.f was pa1.d$lO for his serv1.ces.
Mrs. Pelzmann reported that the new hou.rs are wor'king out
very well and seem satisfactory to all.
Mrs. Leichtfuss contacted Mrs. A. Serwin of the Muskego
Womensl Club regard1.ng help from th3.t organization in the
library. Mrs. Serw1.n seemed very enthused and requested
that Mrs. Pelzmann contact her so that she may be made
aware of the work and time involved.
Mrs. Pelzmann then reminded the Board of a possibility in
fiscal year and budget chenges 1.f Muskego does become a
city on November 3rd. The Board members will keep this in
mind and will investigate the changes involved so we are
prepared when notification 1.s g1.ven.
The next library board meet1.ng will be on Wednesday, October 28,
at 8:00 P.M. at Tess Corners School.
