Meeting oonvened a1; 11:00 A.M. at Tess Corners School (oorreotion) at
the Library.
Mrs. f8'l~nn distributed the Appropriations and Eltpenditares Report
a oopy ot which is attached.
Mrs. Leiohttu8s reported on the budget presentation to the Town Board.
:Mrs. PelzmanD gave a report on tb.e County Libraries meeting she
a'tt8l1ded reoently. A better means or cooperation between libraries--
; large and small is the goal considered.
Olga Jtlmier moved that the bills in the amount of $B95.29 be paid,
tins mo'tioD. was seconded bY' Ruth Griesbach.
, :Mrs. Pelzmann aked about the SI1lDll18l' library schedule at Tess Corners
and Mill Valle;y. Mr. Kreuser suggested June 15th as an opening dq
and August 14th a8 the olosing date. This was disoussed and is a
tentat:ive IIChedule. This sohedu.lewill provide for two a.f'ternoon
openings at the schools and one afternoon at the lib:rary-.
Helen Pelzmann asked about meesenger service in regard to several
overd.ue books a yoJ1Dg man in Tess Comers has not returned. There
have been several' phone calls and letters regarding this matter
but to no avail. fhe Board advised Mrs. Felzmann toprooeed.

National Library- week is April 12 through 18. Posters, mObiles, II eta. have bøn ordered. Free pamphlets wbich 118 received from Mrs.
Pelzmarm titled "Force of Wisconsin Libraries. will be Bent to
various people and organiMtions ill the community J.nte:rested in tie
librar;r.

There was some discussion reg~ the handl:1.ng and distributing
of phonograph recordB if they are made available to our library. No
definite deoision was reached.
JIr. Kepelka moved that we olose the meeting, this was seconded by
Mr. Krellser.
