Mrs. Felzmann suggested that additional library hours on Monday night might
be better than Friday nights because of conflicting events and. staffing.
Mr. Kreuser felt, that it might be better to have additional staff the hours
the library is presen.tly open rather than making more hours aVAilable.
Mrs. Leichtf'uss suggested that this bel.Ilg blldget time it I!L1-ght be well to
a.dd more hours at this time, giving added service and making the library
available more often. Adding an.other night to the present schedule would
add approximately $500 to the budget.
It was mentioned also in connection w1th budget that 8ÐmB increase for the
book fund should also be recommended to take care of rising costs of books.
The Board discussed a general statemønt to be recorded in these minutes to

:Mrs. 1e~chtfuss reported that Mrs. J. Traweek who is connected withthe
Raedisch Rea.lty Co. called regarding property at s74 Wl7076 Janesville Rd.
This build1.ng is for sale and :Mrs. Traweek suggested ~t might be an ideal location for the library. The selling price is around $22) 000. Mr. Kreuser felt that the :rooms were too small and cut up for library purposes. Hlrevert it might be a good investment if ~t could be changed to one room. The
problem, of course, would be selling 'this idea to the Town Board. It was generally agreed that the present lib:rary location and facilities are not
adequate.
Mrs. Pelzmann suggested that the l~brary board members Vlsitthe property
:in question. Mrs. Leichtfuss will make arrangements and :uú'orm the members.
Mr. Kreuser moved. for adjournment at 12 rlO P.M., seconded by Mr. Kafelka.
RespetJtfully submitted,
