Library Board members not able to attend the meeting should inform the library (262-971-2100) at least a day before
the meeting, so that the Board may be assured of a quorum.

8. Unfinished Business: Discussion, update and action may be taken on the following:
a) Director Genzel’s presentation and discussion to board members of
all the components of the Muskego Public Library’s 2012 proposed operational budget
and summary of 2011 operational budget
b) Discussion regarding E-books
c) Discussion and vote regarding Director Genzel’s need to contact
Finance/Administration Director Sharon Mueller to amend the operating
budget on or before September 8, 2011, to include the following:
i. Two (2) drop boxes (estimated at $4000 total)
ii. E-books (estimated at $1500 total)
9. Communications and miscellaneous business
10. Motion to adjourn
NOTE: It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of
the municipality may be in attendance at the above-mentioned meeting to gather information; no action will be
taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically
referred to above in this notice.
