Library Board members not able to attend the meeting should inform the library (262-971-2100) at least a day before
the meeting, so that the Board may be assured of a quorum.

CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that following Old Business as Authorized by Law, the Library Board will convene, upon passage
of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to:
1. Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1)(f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of
specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges
against specific persons, specifically an allegation of possible misconduct of library employee(s).
Mayor John Johnson, guest, regarding Harassment & Discrimination in the Workplace Employee Policy.
2. Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data
of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more
specifically to review progress and particulars of the library director search.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Library Board will then reconvene into open session to continue with
agenda items.

attendance at the above-mentioned meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting
