Library services and budget CLOSED SESSION Please take notice that following New Business as Authorized by Law, the Library Board will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session pursuant to: 1. Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1)(f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons, specifically an allegation of possible misconduct of library employee(s). Action may be taken in closed session. The Library Board will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items. OPEN SESSION 11.
