Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m. Present: Committee Members
Ald. Werner and Snead, Clerk-Treasurer Janice Moyer and City Engineer David
Simpson. Committee Member Ald. Fiedler was absent. Ald. Harenda, Borgman, and
Schneider were also present. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The
Clerk stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on
January 12, 2010.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ald. Werner moved for approval of the November 24 and December 8, 2009
minutes. Ald. Snead seconded; motion carried.
LICENSE APPROVALS
Ald. Snead moved to recommend approval of a regular Operator’s License for
Dylan Addis, Maurine Albright, Ashley Bushberger, Jami Condon, Crystal
Coomer, Jason Dreger, Traci Grabitske, Michelle Kudlewski, Jacki LeMay, Jessica
Marnett, Rachel Mifko, Rachel Mueller, Anton Perera, Rick Wysocki and Mai Xiong
subject to the licensing requirements being completed prior to issuance. Ald.
Werner seconded; motion carried.
Ald. Werner moved to approve renewal of a Taxicab License for the two vehicles
operated by the Muskego Senior Taxi Service. Ald. Snead seconded; motion
carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Muskego and the
Muskego Police Telecommunicator Unit Local #443
Mayor Johnson stated that during the budget process, the Deputy Court Clerk position
was reduced from full time to 20 hours. The employee has decided to retire and then
assume the part-time position. A Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Muskego and the Muskego Police Telecommunicator Unit Local #443 outlines the
amendments to provisions of the contract to address this situation. The Mayor stated
that the Committee needs to determine the wage for the part-time position. He
recommends that the employee be placed at the top step for the position because of her
years of service and training. The difference between the starting salary and the top
salary is $4. There are adequate funds in the budget to cover the position. Ald.
Werner moved to approve the Memorandum of Understanding. Ald. Snead
seconded; motion carried.
Recommendation Regarding Developer’s Agreement and Financial Guarantee for
Tudor Oaks Expansion
City Engineer Simpson stated the language in the agreement is standard. The
agreement covers the water main extension for the Tudor Oaks expansion. Ald.
Werner moved to recommend approval. Ald. Snead seconded; motion carried.

VOUCHER APPROVAL
Ald. Snead moved to recommend approval of Utility Vouchers in the amount
$37,766.37. Ald. Werner seconded; motion carried.
Ald. Snead moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in the amount of
$1,090,370.13. Ald. Werner seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Snead moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:45 p.m. Seconded by Ald. Werner;
motion carried.
