MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2005 Audio Available
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Mayor Damaske with Committee Members
Melcher, Madden and Salentine present along with Ald. Borgman, Patterson and Schroeder, and
Clerk-Treasurer Moyer. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Damaske stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ald. Salentine moved to approve minutes of the meeting held September 21, 2005. Ald.
Melcher seconded; motion carried.
LICENSE APPROVALS
1. Recommend approval Operator’s Licenses- Ald. Melcher moved to recommend approval
of the renewal operator’s licenses for Lori Gilgenbach and John A. Rath, Ald. Salentine
seconded; motion carried.
PERIODIC LICENSE REVIEW

1. Review Urban Wildlife Damage Abatement and Control (UWDAC) Grant (Park & Rec) – Ald.
Salentine moved to recommend approval, Ald. Madden seconded; motion carried.
2. Review Subdivider’s Agreement and Letter of Credit Amount for Jewell Real Estate
Consultants, LLC (Plan) - Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval, Ald. Melcher
seconded; motion carried.

RELEASE OF FUNDS
REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
VOUCHER APPROVAL
1. Recommend approval of voucher report (Finance) - Ald. Salentine moved to recommend
approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $477,708.46, and Utility
Vouchers in the amount of $94,560.92, Ald. Madden seconded; motion carried.
