Requirements” into the agreement
Page 3 and page 4 – change the terminology so Muskego must sign to accept the different phases
Page 8 – Change notification to be e-mail notification for problems and status
Page 9 – Dispute resolution should be done by IS Director
Exhibit 4, page 1 – Delete paragraph starting “The production server ORACLE License….” The
paragraph starting “The test server.” should be changed to “The Production server ORACLE
License is for a 1 processor server, and is a named user license, limited to ten (10) named users.”
