MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2004
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 PM by Mayor Slocomb with Committee
Members Salentine, Schroeder and Madden present along with Aldermen Buckmaster,
Borgman, Madden, Melcher and Patterson, and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Those present
recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Slocomb stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting
law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ald. Salentine moved to approve minutes of the meeting held August 4, 2004.
Seconded by Ald. Madden; motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Approval of Developer’s Agreement and Letter of Credit Amount for St. Andrew’s
Village Condominiums
Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval. Ald. Madden seconded. Motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Ald. Salentine moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of
$522,078.34, Utility Vouchers in the amount of $165,067.94 and Tax Checks in the
amount of $3,621,382.77. Ald. Schroeder seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Madden moved to adjourn at 7:26 PM. Ald. Salentine seconded; motion carried.
