FM041001 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 10, 2001 The meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis with Committee Members Slocomb, Salentine and Sanders present. Aldermen Patterson, Petfalski and Le Doux, and Deputy Clerk Blenski were also present. The Mayor stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Ald. Salentine moved to approve the April 4, 2001 minutes. Ald. Slocomb seconded; motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discuss HVAC Problem - Police Department This item was deferred from the April 4 meeting. The Committee was provided copies of correspondence from Chief Johnson, Durrant and Total Comfort. Chief Johnson is requesting approval to contract with Total Comfort for necessary modifications to the HVAC system. Ald. Slocomb moved to approve $27,373 to be taken out of unexpended capital borrowing for the modifications to be done by Total Comfort. Ald. Salentine seconded; motion carried. REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT (Quietwood Creek) Ald. Salentine moved to approve reduction in the Letter of Credit in the amount of $55,944.50 as recommended by Engineering/Building Inspection Director McMullen for Quietwood Creek subject to the Developer’s Deposit being made current. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried. VOUCHER APPROVAL Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $768,679.45, Utility Vouchers in the amount of $326,792.39, and Tax Checks in the amount of $332,144.28. Ald.
