FM041100 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 11, 2000 The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Slocomb, Sanders and Salentine; and Ald. Chiaverotti and Pionek (arriving at 7:08 p.m.) and Deputy Clerk Blenski. The Mayor stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted. NEW BUSINESS 1. Ordinance 1027 to Amend Chapter 1, Section 1.06 (2)(e) 2. And Chapter 2, Sections 2.01 and 2.09 (2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego Ald. Slocomb explained the proposed ordinance language. Some of the language relates to the temporary relocation of court and City Council meetings during the remodeling project. Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval to the Council. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried unanimously. 2. Amendment to 2000 Budget - Special Revenue Fund The Mayor stated the proposed amendment would allow for the expenditure of $134,000 for the conservancy plan. Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried unanimously. VOUCHER APPROVAL Ald. Salentine moved for approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $483,147.30; Tax Checks in the amount of $826,570.40; and, Utility Vouchers in the amount of $86,854.81. Ald. Slocomb seconded. Motion carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT Ald. Sanders moved to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. Ald. Slocomb seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
