FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved/Amended
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2000
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were
Committee members Slocomb, Salentine, and Sanders, as well as Ald. Chiaverotti and
Patterson (arrived during the meeting), and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
The Mayor noted the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Rosewood Estates Park Reservation
Mayor De Angelis stated that the action taken by the Committee at the February 2,
2000 meeting regarding Rosewood Estates needed clarification. There is a resolution
on the Council agenda this evening to amend the Park and Open Space Plan to
remove a proposed park site, which is located within Rosewood Estates. Ald. Salentine
moved to recommend that the Park and Open Space Plan be amended to remove Site
B on page 35 of the plan. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried unanimously.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval of payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $534,747.60, Tax Checks in the amount of $9,643.18, and Utility Vouchers
in the amount of $162,078.66. Ald. Slocomb seconded; motion carried unanimously.
RELEASE OF FUNDS
1. Developer’s Deposit Final Release - Malinowski
Ald. Slocomb moved to approve final release in the amount of $289 for Michael and
Anne Malinowski as recommended by Plan Director Turk in his memo dated February
4, 2000. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried unanimously.
2. Developer’s Deposit Final Release - Marek
Ald. Slocomb moved to approve final release in the amount of $317.25 $277.25 from
the Marek Developer’s Deposit as recommended by Plan Director Turk in his memo
dated February 1, 2000. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried unanimously.

3. Release of Funds - Foxboro North
Ald. Slocomb moved to approve release of $9,789.34 from the Foxboro North
Developer’s Deposit to be paid directly to Sunnyslope Grading as recommended by
Plan Director Turk in his memo dated February 4, 2000. Ald. Sanders seconded;
motion carried unanimously. The Mayor noted that the final release will come back to
the Finance Committee for review.
Ald. Patterson arrived.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Sanders moved to adjourn at 7:14 p.m. Ald. Slocomb seconded; motion carried
unanimously.
