FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 1999
The meeting was called to order at 7:12 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were
Committee members Slocomb and Sanders, Ald. Le Doux, Chiaverotti, and Pionek
(arrived at 7:15 p.m.), and Deputy Clerk Blenski. Committee member Salentine was
absent.
The Mayor noted the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The minutes of the December 8, 1999 meeting were accepted.
NEW BUSINESS
Review Agreement for Installation and Maintenance of Gaging Station on Private or
Public Property - U.S. Department of the Interior U.S. Geological Survey
It was noted that the lake district requested the gaging station which is located on the
bank of Jewel Creek. Ald. Slocomb moved to recommend approval of the Agreement to
the Council. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $563,684.61 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $426,864.60. Ald.
Slocomb seconded; motion carried unanimously.
RELEASE OF FUNDS
Ald. Slocomb moved to approve release of funds in the amount of $28,000 for the
Muskego Movie Plex as recommended by City Engineer Sean McMullen in
memorandum dated December 10, 1999. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Slocomb moved to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. Ald. Sanders seconded; motion carried
unanimously.
