FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO Approved
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, AUGUST 24, 1999
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Mayor De Angelis. Also present were
Committee Members Slocomb, Sanders and Salentine, Aldermen Chiaverotti, Le Doux,
and Pionek, Finance Director Gunderson, Dave Anderson of Ehlers & Associates, and
Deputy Clerk Blenski.
The Mayor noted the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
REVIEW OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The minutes were accepted with no corrections made.
There was no unfinished or new business to come before the Committee.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Ald. Salentine moved to recommend approval of payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $658,389.69 and Utilities Vouchers in the amount of $1,627,776.40. Ald.
Sanders seconded; motion carried unanimously.
FINANCE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
Dawn Gunderson stated that Moody’s recently reviewed the City’s financial statements
and upgraded the City’s bond rating from A1 to Aa3.
ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Sanders moved to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. Ald. Slocomb seconded; motion carried
unanimously.
