MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 1997
The meeting was called to order at 7:lO P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Aldermen
D'Acquisto, Sanders, and Salentine, as well as Aldermen
Pionek, Slocomb and Woodard, Finance Director Gunderson, and
Deputy Clerk Blenski.
The Deputy Clerk noted the meeting was noticed in accordance
with the Open Meetings Law on Friday, June 6, 1997.

License Approval
Mavor De Anqelis noted an additional police narrative was
submitted for-June 4 for B. Michaels, Martin Drive in conjuction
with the committee's current review of licenses. Alderman
Salentine moved to hold recommendation for approval for "Class B" Retailer's License for M. Schaumberg (Choir Practice) at this
time with application to be placed on June 18 committee agenda.
Alderman D'Acquisto seconded, carried.
New Business Alderman Salentine moved to recommend approval of amendment to
the deposit and forfeiture schedule to-add "20.03 Additional
Regulations - Water Skiing" with a $50 fine. It was noted that
Judge Lentz approved of said amendment. Alderman D'Acquisto
seconded, motion carried.
Voucher Approval
Alderman D'Acquisto moved for approval of General Vouchers in
the amount of- $506,042 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$106,059.37. Alderman Sanders seconded, carried.
Review Minutes of Previous Meeting
Alderman Salentine moved to clarify minutes to identify approved licensed premise for Alpine Lanes to include the volleyball
courts with fencing. Alderman Sanders seconded, carried.
Alderman Salentine moved to correct "90-day" provisional
operator's license for Brian Shanklin to be a "60-day"
provisional license which is all that is allowed by state
statute. Alderman Sanders seconded, carried.
Alderman Sanders moved to adjourn at 7:18 P.M. Alderman
Salentine seconded, motion carried.
