MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUFSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 1996
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson,
D'Acquisto and Sanders, Ald. Suhr, Ald. Misko, Ald. Salentine
and Ald. Rasmussen.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 2/9/96 in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee further reviewed Subdivider's Agreement for
Wilkinson Estates Addn. #l. Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried 3-O.
The Committee reviewed request to waive Soil Erosion permit Fee
for the Jewel Crest Dredging Project. Ald. D'Acquisto moved to waive fee. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried 3-O.
Financial Consultant David Anderson, Ehlers 6 Associates, appeared before the Committee to review Redemption of Sewerage
System Mortgage Revenue Bonds of 1973. Ald. Sanders moved to recommend authorization of redemption. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried 3-O.
Ald. Sanders moved to release $3,000.00 from Foxboro Subdivision's letter of credit which will leave a remaining
balance of $19,650.84. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried 3-O. Ald. Sanders voiced concern over lights to be
installed.
Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of the following:
General Fund $531,565.46
Tax Refunds $ 5,243.64
Utilities Fund 1995 $ 3,202.96
Utilities Fund 1996 $ 56,400.70
Seconded by Aid. D'Acquisto, motion carried 3-O. It was noted
that the $36.51 late fee was withheld from payment of Safe Harbor Computers.
Under communications, Ald. Rasmussen discussed need for new microphones in the Aldermen's Room.
The meeting adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
