MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JANDARY 9, 1996
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members D'Acquisto, Sanders and Patterson, Ald. Misko, Ald. Salentine, Ald. Suhr and
those per the attached list. Ald. Rasmussen arrived at 7:15 P.M.
The meeting was posted on l/5/96 and amended meeting posted on
l/9/96, in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee discussed Hillview, Jewel Crest and Kingston Bay
Dredging projects. The 1996 adopted City budget includes the
following Park Dedication expenditures:
$500 for the Hillview Dredging Project
$32,000 for the Jewel Crest Dredging Project
$8,000 for the Kingston Bay Dredging Project
An additional $214.25 has been requested for the Hillview
Dredging Project, for a total of $714.25 and an additional
$12,000 for the Jewel Crest Dredging Project for a total of
$44,000, with all monies to be taken from Park Dedication
funds. Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of the
following expenditure of Park Dedication funds:
Hillview Dredging Project $ 714.25
Jewel Crest Dredging Project 44,ooo.oo Kingston Bay Dredging Project 8,OOO.OO
Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried 3-O.
Ald. D'Acquisto moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers
in the amount of $230,805.11, Tax Refunds in the amount of
$184,015.63 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $117,049.57.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried 3-O.
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of maintenance
agreements for the Information Systems Department for 1996 as
follows:
Decision One $16,554.03
BRC $ 7,340.oo
HTE $ 2,650.OO
HTE-Public Safety $ 9,900.oo
NSC $ 6,995.OO
JMS $ 1,420.OO
SPSI $ 1,600.OO
Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried 3-O.
