MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members D'Acquisto, Patterson and Sanders, Ald. Misko, Ald. Salentine, Ald. Suhr,
Ald. Rasmussen, Assessor Laura Mecha and Mr. David Taube.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 11/10/95 in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee did a final Review of the 1996 Budget and
recommended no changes to the proposed 1996 Budget.
The Committee reviewed Offers to Purchase for the MS1 Drainage
Easement. Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto. Motion carried 3-O.
The Committee reviewed a request received from Little Muskego
Lake District to waive fees for Soil Erosion Permit/Kingston Bay
Dredging/LML District.

Assessor Laura Mecha appeared before the Committee to review the
CLT Contract for 1996/97. Chairman De Angelis relinquished the Chair to Ald. D'Acquisto because of a possible conflict of interest. Ald. Sanders moved to approve subject to incorporating changes recommended by the City Attorney. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried 3-O.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $560,054.65 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$402,142.00. Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried 3-O.
The Committee adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
