MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:07 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members D'Acquisto, Patterson and Sanders, City Clerk Marenda, Ald. Suhr, Ald.
Rasmussen, Recreation Director Gordon Jacobson, Librarian Holly
Sanhuber, Public Works Superintendent John Loughney, and
Information Systems Director Joe Sommers
The meeting was posted on September 12, 1995, in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee reviewed the 1996 Recreation Department budget
with Recreation Director Gordon Jacobson. The Cable Budget will
be presented to the Public Welfare Committee at their meeting
scheduled for Thursday, September 14, 1995.
The Committee reviewed the 1996 Library budget with Librarian
Holly Sanhuber. Ald. Patterson moved to approve use of previously dedicated overtime for automation purposes. Seconded
by Ald. Sanders, motion carried 3-O.
The Committee reviewed the 1996 Public Works Department budget
with Public Works Superintendent John Loughney.
The Committee reviewed the 1996 Information System and Telephone
budgets with Information System Director Joe Sommers.
The Committee reviewed the 1996 Clerk/Administration/City Hall
budgets with City Clerk/Comptroller Jean K. Marenda.
The meeting adjourned at 12:35 A.M.
