MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members D'Acquisto,
Sanders and Patterson, Ald. Suhr, Ald. Salentine, and Ald.
Rasmussen. Ald. Misko was present for adjournment.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on September 8,
1995, in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting of
September 6, 1995. Ald. Patterson moved to correct the minutes
to reflect that the Release of Funds for playground equipment
in the amount of $3,333.00 was for Plum Creek East Subdivision
and also that the Committee recommends the release of the
interest earned on the money in the amount of $137.67.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to approve payment of General Fund Vouchers
in the amount of $628,649.03, Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$276,347.02, Tax Refunds in the amount of $394.68. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to correct E/22/95 Finance Committee minutes
to reflect that the approval of Tax Vouchers be decreased
$200,000 due to clerical error to a total of $2,351,200.97.
Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried 3-O.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
