MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, AUGUST 22, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Sanders,
D'Acquisto, and Patterson, Ald. Rasmussen, Ald. Salentine, Ald. Suhr and Ald. Misko.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 8/18/95 in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
Mr. Mark Paulat, Grant Administrator, appeared before the Committee to discuss application for Waterways Commission Grant
Application for Dredging & Navigation Channel for Big Muskego
Lake. Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of the above
grant application nothing the intention to delete the $lS,OOO.OO road bond leaving the total at $25,700.00. Seconded by Ald.
D'Acquisto, motion carried 3-O.
Mark Paulat also reviewed with the committee the application for
a Dredging Permit for the Navigation Channel. Ald. Patterson
moved to recommend approval of application. Seconded by Ald.
D'Acquisto, motion carried 3-O.
Ald. D'Acquisto moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in
the amount of $1,625,678.72, Tax Refunds in the amount of
$2,551,200.97, and Utilities in the amount of $50,263.51.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried
The Committee adjourned at 7:25 P.M.
