MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JULY 25, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:OO P.M. by Chairman DeAngelis. Also present were Committee Members D'Acquisto,
Sanders and Patterson, City Clerk Jean Marenda, Ald. Suhr, Aid
Rasmussen and Ald. Misko.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 7/21/95 in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee further discussed extension of provisional license
for Julie Arvan who was given a 15 days extension at the July
19, 1995 Finance Committee meeting. Ald. D'Acquisto moved to increase the original 15 days extension to 30 days extension.
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried 3-O.
Kathryn Borchardt, agent for Clark Oil, appeared before the Committee to be interviewed. Ald. Sanders moved to approve
subject to receipt of police report. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried 3-O.

Ald. Sanders moved to defer further review of Offer to Purchase
- Twin Oaks Industrial Park Addn. in order to receive more
information from the Broker. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion
carried 3-O.
City Clerk Jean Marenda appeared before the Committee to discuss
request for Extended Medical Leave for Ass't Bookkeeper Tammy La
Borde who is recovering from hip replacement surgery. Ald.
Patterson moved to approve extension of medical leave until the end of September. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee discussed possible conflict of interest with the attorney firm of Quarles & Brady, the City's bond counsel, who
have asked for written consent for them to represent the Village of East Troy in the Town of East Troy Landfill case. Ald.
D'Acquisto moved to deny request as the Committee feels it would be a conflict of interest. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion
carried.
Ald. D'Acquisto moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in
the amount of $300,681.10, Tax Refunds in the amount of $1,711.49, and Utilities in the amount of $626,159.90. Seconded
by Ald. Sanders, motion carried 3-O.
The meeting adjourned at 7:28 P.M.
