MINUTES OF MEETING OF TUESDAY, JULY 11, 1995
The meeting was called to order by Chairman De Angelis at 7:00
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Sanders and
D'Acquisto, Ald. Rasmussen, Ald. Salentine, Ald. Suhr, Ald.
Misko, and Kelly Bognar (Plum Creek Subdivision).
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on July 7, 1995,
in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
Ms. Kelly Bognar appeared before the Committee to request Release of Funds for the Recreational Areas in Plum Creek
Subdivision. Ald. Sanders 'moved to approve a disbursement of
$6,666.00 to the Plum Creek Homeowners Association for
playground equipment as per Parks & Recreation Board approval of July 10, 1995. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
Ald. D'Acquisto moved to recommend approval of payment of
General Vouchers in the amount of $326,272.85, Tax Refunds of
$436.60, and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $286,735.61. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
