MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, JULY 5, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members D'Acquisto and
Patterson and those per the attached list. Committee Member Sanders was excused.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 7/3/95 in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee interviewed the following applicants for
Operator's Licenses:
Kimberly L. Fohr-Rivest Robert Reinke Todd Santarius
Ald. Patterson moved to approve subject to receipt of fees, verification of schooling and favorable police report. Seconded
by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried.
Ald. D'Acquisto moved to extend Provisional License for James T.
Larson to July 26, 1995, and Provisional License for Paul Hayek
to end of September 1995. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion
carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve Paulette Kerr as agent for Kwik
Trip, Inc., 579 W18884 Janesville Road. Seconded by Ald.
D'Acquisto, motion carried. -,
Ald. Patterson moved to approve a Temporary Class "B"/"Class B"
Retailers License (Gathering Permit) for St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 566 W14325 Janesville Road, Muskego, WI 53150, for
August 6, 1995. Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried.
Kathryn Borchardt, new agent for Clark Oil will return to be
reinterviewed on Tuesday, July 25, 1995, as the appointment of
agent form has not been submitted.
The Committee reviewed memorandum from Director of Planning,
Matt Sadowski, dated June 30, on further reconsideration on
release of monies for trees - Lakeview Highlands-North
Subdivision. Matt Sadowski explained that 50% has been released
and that the City is holding the remaining 50%. Ald. Patterson
moved to release monies subject to receipt of a bond to be
submitted in the amount of $7,500 for an 18 month period to
guarantee trees, subject to review and approval by Mayor and
City Attorney. Seconded by Aid. D'Acquisto, motion carried.
The discussion on financing of turn lane on CTH L & Lannon Drive was removed from the agenda.

Release of Funds for Letter of Credit for Lake Point Estates (Curb Restoration) and Lake Point Estates-West (Curb
Restoration) were deferred in order to receive paperwork.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
